Sanguisugabogg is heading to the release of Hideous Aftermath, out on October 10th via Century Media. This week, you can check out the track “Repulsive Demise” with a NSFW music video here: https://youtu.be/utecPDdPSQw?si=vdGnZWbF3A-Fn87J. The band says, “We always like to do something a little different on our albums and this happens to be one of our most different songs yet. As much as it’s weird, we think it’s pummeling and groovy. We you all dig what we consider the theme song of our album ‘Repulsive Demise’…It’s definitely our most death metal record, our most personal record, our most focused and brutal record to date”. Sanguisugabogg is heading out on tour with Despised Icon, Defeated Sanity, and Corpsepile in November. For all the dates and details, head to: https://www.facebook.com/sanguisugabogg/.
N.Y.C. is the new metal unit of Tommy Bolan (Warlock), Stet Howland (W.A.S.P., Metal Church), and Steve Unger (Metal Church), unleashing their debut album on November 14th via Adrenalizing Media Network. Get an early glimpse with the first single “Heavy As Hell” here: https://youtu.be/_OKQDWh7jdw?si=nq6222mBuELc_I0x. Tommy Bolan says, “I wanted to write songs that were real to me. With our songs, we can vent our aggression while at the same time exorcise our demons of insanity. I’m the guy on the New York street corner screamin’ about everything, and you FEEL that intensity in our live show. ‘Built To Destroy’ is basically the return for anyone to end all of the bullshit that has been dumped on them in their life. All of the madness, lies, and self-sacrifice of body, mind, and soul at the hands of others shall now be turned around. As my song says: I am ‘Tired of Smiling.’ All of this has made me the half man-half machine you see before you. I have returned to set my demons free and tolerate no one’s limitations any longer”. Imperial Triumphant has announced their headline spot at the Jazz From Hell Festival, alongside the Goldstar Metropole Orchestra on December 12th in NYC. Bassist/keyboardist Steve Blanco says, “Imperial Triumphant drags the city’s underbelly into Le Poisson Rouge for Jazz From Hell — horns ablaze, brass dripping in decadence, a golden chaos where dissonance swings and the city trembles. This is Jazz from Hell dressed in gold and filth!” For all the details on the event, head to: https://lpr.kydlabs.com/e/EVb228a66f-5819-471c-a96b-13d5c87aa623?referral_id=g-267daf26-5b1d-4b04-b1b3-fc132391e9b1. Imperial Triumphant will also tour the UK and Europe with Igorrr this fall. Keep up with the band via: https://www.imperial-triumphant.com/.
Cemetery Skyline has just dropped a new single, with “Nothing From This World” out now. Check it out here: https://youtu.be/QSC-fWZ0Hn8?si=U8ztfn2FQVXfJx9T with a music video captured during their sold-out Finnish tour in March and produced by Jari Heino for Coldstore Productions. Guitarist Markus Vanhala says of the meaning of the track, “This is an ‘old but new song’ from the ‘Nordic Gothic’ studio sessions, which we decided to shelve in our crypts for a later single release and finally it is time for it to rise. In the video the dark heroine has become empowered, decides to get dressed and sing a last serenade to the dead. We don’t know what happened prior and we really don’t wanna know…” Find more at: https://www.facebook.com/cemeteryskylineofficial.
