Fear Factory has just released their tenth studio album, Aggression Continuum, last week via Nuclear Blast. Dino Cazares says of the release, “The day has finally come for all to finally enjoy the New Fear Factory album, Aggression Continuum. Helloween’s new self-titled album is officially out, featuring the special Pumpkins United lineup, featuring returning singer Michael Kiske and guitarist/vocalist Kai Hansen alongside current singer Andi Deris, guitarists Michael Weikath and Sascha Gerstner, bassist Markus Grosskopf and drummer Daniel Löble. Doro is getting ready to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the classic Warlock album, Triumph and Agony, with a special release set for the fall on her own label, Rare Diamonds Productions. Here’s what Doro has to say about the Triumph and Agony Live live album/DVD/Blu-ray set: “It was always my dream to play the Triumph And Agony album in its entirety live. The first time we did it was at Sweden Rock followed by a big tour in the USA and Spain, and more large festival shows like Graspop and Norway Rock. It’s one of my favorite records we’ve ever done! It includes some of our big classic anthems like ‘All We Are,’ ‘Für Immer,’ and ‘I Rule The Ruins’ as well as fan favorites like ‘Metal Tango,’ ‘Three Minute Warning,’ ‘Kiss Of Death,’ and ‘East Meets West,’ not to forget headbanging album opener ‘Touch Of Evil.’ I’m super excited to let the fans hear and see it!” More details are yet to be released, but you can keep an eye on: for updates. 

Halestorm recently announced a co-headline tour with Evanescence for the fall, but before then, the band will take to the road for a headline tour of their own, with a series of summer and early fall dates around the country, including a few festivals. The headline tour runs July 30th through November 4th, with the Evanescence tour kicking off on November 5th, and running through to December 18th. For details and all the dates, head to: 

Carnifex have just unleashed a new music video for their single, “Pray For Peace”, directed by Jim Louvau & Tony Aguilera, and you can check it out right here: The band says about the track, “With each song we release, our goal is to take you further into the abyss, further from reality. ‘Pray For Peace’ is no exception. Bullet For My Valentine are on the way to the release of their self-titled seventh studio album, set for October 22nd via Spinefarm/Search & Destroy. This week, they’ve unveiled a new single, “Knives”, which you can check out via their official YouTube channel here: Vocalist/Guitarist Matt Tuck says, “This is the beginning of Bullet 2.0. It signifies where we are right now. The music is fresh, it’s aggressive, it’s more visceral and passionate than it’s ever been…I wanted to come out guns blazing, fucking middle fingers flying, and just go for the throat. I think this is a far more aggressive, intense part of Bullet For My Valentine. It’s always been there. I’ve just never opened the floodgates on it. I want to take people’s heads off in a metaphorical way”. 

Hiraes, the band featuring former members of Dawn of Disease and Critical Mess, is just about to reveal their debut album, Solitary, set for a Friday, June 25th release via Napalm Records.
