Nightwish is celebrating the 20th Anniversary of their partnership with Nuclear Blast Records as they re-sign their contrast with the label. Tuomas Holopainen says, “20 years ago our journey together with Nuclear Blast started, and the time has now come to renew our vows. Superbly excited to see what kind of magic we can cook up together this time!”, and Marcus Hammer adds, “It’s an honor to renew this partnership to continue writing music history. We’re more than proud to carry on the collaboration with this exceptionally gifted group of musicians and their management team. Thanks for your friendship and trust, Floor, Tuomas, Emppu, Troy, Kai, and Jukkis. Looking forward to celebrate your upcoming album and everything beyond! Kiitos!” Visit: https://www.nightwish.com/ for more.

Lee Aaron has unleashed a new single off her upcoming album, Tattoo Me, set for April 26th via Metalville Records. Lee says of the track, “I’ve always thought songs are like tattoos. Tattoos are permanent on the skin, but songs are permanent on the soul. When I heard this tune (by the 77s) about a decade ago, I knew I wanted to record it one day. It had a gritty, Stonesy, glam-rock vibe, and I loved the sentiment – tattoo me on YOU. Over the years, I’ve had many fans get tattoos of my signature, and that’s about the highest compliment they could ever give me besides loving the music, too”. Armored Saint are just about to head out on a North American tour alongside Queensrÿche, starting on March 27th at House of Blues in Anaheim, CA, and running through May 21st. Armored Saint bassist Joey Vera says, “We’re super stoked to be going back out on the road with our good friends Queensrÿche! We’ve done several tours in the past and we always have a great time being on the road with these great musicians and friends! We’re looking forward to playing some cities we’ve never played before and also, we’ll be playing some of these dates as headliners! We’ll be pulling out some deep cuts and playing an extended set so we hope to see you come out to all of these shows! We’ve been busy writing new music so keep your ears peeled in the near future for some new SAINT! Until then, we’ll see you up front!” Queensrÿche will be playing the debut EP and The Warning in their entirety. Keep up with Armored Saint at: https://www.armoredsaint.com/.

Unleash The Archers are heading to the release of Phantoma, their new concept album set for May 10th on Napalm Records. Check out the second single, “Ghosts In The Mist”, here: https://youtu.be/TYSHuCUegm0?feature=shared. Unleash The Archers says, “If you saw us at any of the shows we played last year then you might recognize this track! We filmed the music video at Mad With Power Fest, ProgPower USA, and at our show in Montreal, Canada, and it is full of so many friends and familiar faces! We love including these particular festivals in the video because they have both been supporters of ours for a very long time, and we hope we will get to play them again and again as the years go on. The track is one of the more synth-heavy songs on the album, but it’s also got some rad death vocals from Grant that you can bang your head to, so we hope there will be a little something for everyone to enjoy here!” Unleash The Archers is heading out for a global tour this spring, covering Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the UK, and back to North America in the fall.
